Yes, in most cases, we will price match retailers operating in Singapore, but you have to match the criteria for price matching.
  • The product must be the identical brand and model.
  • It must be in stock at the other Singapore retailer.
  • The price must be valid and offered to all customers.
  • For 1st order with us, we will match any introductory offer another retailer has for their new customers on the product.
  • Delivery charges will be taken into account when calculating the price to match.

After Placing Your Order

I'm afraid you won't be able to add items to your existing order, but not to worry, you can placed a second order then send us your order number to our Care team via email or the live chat window, we will refund your 2nd delivery charge or work out the next best resolution for you.
You may cancel your order by contacting us through the live chat by clicking on the button at the bottom right or write an email to us as soon as you decide to cancel. If all the options are inconvenient for you, simply call us, and we will assist you from thereon. But not that it will take time to run through the order numbers through the phone.

Delivery & Returns

For common practice, our systems generate the price on the delivery order, but we understand it might be a gift to someone. Simply let us know by clicking on the chat button at the bottom right or call us, and we will be more than happy to assist you by removing the price from the delivery note and not attached the invoice upon delivery.
Good news! 🎉 We provide international shipping to most countries. Upon checking out, there is an option that allows you the choose the cheapest transportation to your receiving address. However, there might also be some countries that aren't on the list of brands that we have restriction doing cross border selling. We respect our distributors as much as we appreciate you. We partner with Ninja Van for most of our deliveries except for bulky and fragile items, including bulk orders which will be delivered by our in-house personnel.

Our preferred partner for air freight will be FedEx. However, a list of option is provided and you may select to your preference upon checking out.
